I'm guessing you won't be too disappointed, but...

Here is my last A week in the Life
4 Days in the Life
Challenge!
Ohhh, I might not have picked the best week to do this challenge... but I'm pretty sure 4 days is still pretty good. Right? :)

A week in the Life challenge! {Tuesday 7.1.14}

The big boys went off to Rugby again this morning.
1. I got my hip hop abs on. :)
2. Then I taught my little Sheriff how to do his own laundry. The #1 rule--He is only allowed to do HIS laundry.
3. Little Miss and I played outside. She doesn't care what time it is, or what we're wearing. It's time to play! And she loved getting me wet. Spraying mommy with the hose is hilarious.
4. These pants = laundry day.
5. Bath time!
I usually study my scriptures while Little Miss is playing in the tub. Today I read 1 Nephi 7-- where one of my favorite scriptures is! Verse 12: Yea and how is it that ye have forgotten that the Lord is able to do all things according to His will, for the children of men, if it so be that they exercise faithful in Him? Wherefore, let us be faithful to Him.

6. L came home with a little rugby wound. He got kicked in the face.
We watched our friend/neighbors 3 kids. My oldest is a baby hog. :)
7. L and I played with "cartoon" on my phone photo settings.
8. We watched USA play against Belgium in the World Cup. Tim Howard is a super hero! An amazing and record setting- 16 saves! Sadly we lost in extra time 2-1.
9. I planned my lessons for work for tomorrow and Thursday.

14. Blogging. Family blog, not author blog. :)
Scriptures. Prayers.
Stories with my girl.

A Week in the Life Challenge! {Monday 6.30.14}

2. Little Miss and I drove #1 and L to their BOCES class Tag Rugby.
3. And then I came home needing a little energy, so I picked a fabulous breakfast. :) Well, it was yummy.

After getting ready for the day with a wide awake Little Miss laying in my bed watching Disney I emailed my Publisher. [I've also checked my email 4 times today for her response... because I am a super patient person :)]
5. Picking up our guys!

 6. With zero  milk and bread in the house, the store was a must! And since Costa Vida opened today, the hubby came with me, we left the kids with #1 and went to lunch! The hubby's Uncle and his wife were in line just ahead of us, so we made it a couples lunch!
I wish I had a few pictures of L cleaning like a mad man today. He is racking up the points to earn himself a couple rewards! :)
The Sheriff played the day away, only earning 5 points. He had a bit of a rougher afternoon. We had to snuggle and dry a few tears.

8. I worked on my Princess Camp class for a couple hours.
9. Then made dinner.
10. L taught us a Family Home Evening lesson on jealousy and the hubby brought in David and Bathsheba. Then we walked/biked to the park and played like crazy. They have these new chair spinners and I giggled like a little girl and made myself ill, but it was fun!

The hubby put Little Miss to bed. With the summer light, she gets to bed too late and then she ends up missing our scripture and family prayer.

A Week in the Life Challenge!! {Sunday 6.29.14}

A week in my life.
That's what you're about to get.
Day by Day.
It's not exactly exciting.
But it's mine.
And it's great. :)
Sorry for all of the "me" pics... but it's a week in MY life. :)

Sunday.
Our Sunday's are pretty easy going days.
Good days.
Today
1. I wore this dress to church. 9 am. I got up at 7:15. Everyone was ready by 8:35. We were out the door by 8:45.
A member of our Bishopric asked me to bear my testimony on Family Scripture Study during our 3rd hour meeting. We had a special meeting this week with everyone combined.
So, I did. I was nervous. I fumbled it up. :/ My practice run went much better.
By 12:20 we were home.
2. I had some snuggle, rest time with my best girl--sadly my crappy selfie--she's cut out of this pic.
3. Personal scripture study :) I'm in 1 Nephi 3 in the Book of Mormon and Exodus 21 in the Bible. I've been using the Institute student manual to study the bible better. It rocks.
4. My baby boy (aka the Sheriff) and I did some reading. He read to me. :) He's got big plans for his FHE lesson--whenever that is!
5. After reading, L was asking me about the old chore sticks we used to do. They'd draw a chore, do it, get points and then build up enough points to earn a reward. He asked if we could start that up again, so we organized it! They can't wait to start tomorrow.
The boys and I visited the neighbors.
I spoke on the phone with my sister Becca.
We had breakfast for dinner. Yum.
6. And then we played the game of LIFE. My 2nd (L) always wins. Guess what-- L won. Again.
Little Miss and I examined her rock collection (the girl is obsessed), blew bubbles and colored outside with chalk.
7. Bedtime. It's a happy time. We snuggle. We read. Normally 2 books, 5 tonight. She can be very insistent. :) Scriptures. Prayers.
Good Stuff.
That's Sunday.
How was your day?
