Here's what you should know first: I love a real book. A hold in your hand, turn the page, smell the binding book. They're beautiful and comforting and there is something so accomplishing starting with that first paper page and closing up the last, knowing you've read every word on everyone of those pages.
Now with that said, can I tell you how much I love my Kindle? My hubby bought it for me, I didn't ask for it. It was one of those things he knew I'd love... long before I knew it! He's good at that.
It isn't one of those fancy Kindle's they have now. There's no checking your email or playing Ruzzel on this Kindle. No. You can buy a book and read a book... that's about it. And I love it.
So, the TOP 3 reasons I love my Kindle:
3. Not having to wait in line at the Library for the newest Chemical Garden Book {or whatever I am too impatient to wait around for}
2.Taking all of my favorites in the car, on a plane in just one book sleeve
1.When I find a GEM like Edenbrooke, a book I could read again and again for a sweet 1.99
I seriously adored this book! When my friend Heidi told me Kindle had it for $1.99, I thought for that price I could try it out.
And I am so glad I did!
{Thanks again Heidi}
If you were to buy the book version of this lovely it would be 8$ on Amazon plus the wait, but right now it's oober cheap and can be on your Kindle in about 60 seconds.
Hey, I just bought her second book, Blackmoore, today. I'll let you know if it's as good as Edenbrooke!
